Home Energy Rating

Resource-efficent houses The HERS index rating system is the industry standard by which a home's energy efficiency is rated.

We achieved a Home Energy Rating (HERS) index of 55 on our previous residences, which means that compared to a conventionally built home, our units are 45% more energy efficient.

The preliminary numbers look to be even better on our new ZIA housing development.
